Carrie White, R.N., B.S.N.

Carrie graduated with distinction from George Mason University with a bachelor of science in nursing.  Her experience includes the following: medical and surgical intensive care units, 7 years in emergency medicine, 10 years in family practice, and as a volunteer nurse for the U.S. Civil Air Patrol (US Air Force Auxiliary).  Happily married to John for 24 years; Carrie has home schooled her two children for the last 10 years.  Her son Chris is a rising junior at James Madison University and her daughter Heather is a rising high school senior taking her classes at the Loudoun Campus - NVCC.  Carrie began taking holistic health classes last year and is learning more about proactive health care through healthy eating and living.  She believes that our present healthcare system of handing patients a pill for each complaint will be overturned by a generation of patients that want to attack the root of their problems through prevention.  She loves teaching and helping patients take control of their health through knowledge.  In her spare time, Carrie enjoys her Bichon Frise - Mia, sewing, reading, church women’s ministry and camping with her family.



Staci LaRue, CHHC AADP

Staci is a nutrition counselor, certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor and dancer who recently moved to Loudoun County from New York City.  She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.  Her love for movement, health and wellness has taken her from a career in dance to a passion in  nutrition and fitness.  She is proud to join the staff at LHHP in helping people achieve well balanced health.  Staci motivates her patients to live healthier and happier by providing nutrition and fitness coaching that affects all aspects of their lives.


Beth Ayers, Receptionist Extraordinaire, Yoga Instructor

Beth recently moved to Leesburg from Rhode Island.   In addition to her degree in Communications, she is also a Certified Yoga instructor.  Her interest in Alternative Healing and Health practices came about due to her own injuries and health issues.  Ten years ago, troubled by plantar fasciitis and TMJ, Beth discover the healing powers of yoga.  She practiced yoga for several years before becoming a yoga instructor.   In 2001 she earned her initial Certification at the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA.  Since then, she has attended the Advanced Teacher Training course and Pranayama workshop.  Beth is currently an instructor at Flow Yoga in Leesburg where she focuses on teaching beginning yoga students the basics of breath, body and awareness.
Beth is married to Paul, an airline pilot and member of the RI Air National Guard.  They have a daughter, Katie, who is studying in Philadelphia and a son, Paul, who lives in Rhode Island.  They have lived all over the United States as well as Quebec, Canada.  Beth combines her love of meeting new people, desire to help, and art of making people feel comfortable, as she answers phones and welcomes patients to the office  In her free time, Beth enjoys biking, walking, cooking, traveling, and practicing yoga.
